1. General Information

Graphic by NJ is a UAE-based creative business offering custom illustrations, merchandise, and locally inspired designs.

2. Products & Services

We offer both:

  • Physical products (such as stickers, shirts, phone grips, etc.)

  • Custom design services (illustrations, branding, personalized work)

All products are created with care, and slight variations may occur due to the handmade/design nature of the work.

3. Orders & Payments

Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation through the contact details provided.

Prices are listed in AED and may change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed, except for delivery fees which may be paid separately (see Shipping Policy).

4. Custom Orders Policy

Custom designs are made specifically for each customer.
Therefore:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable

  • Changes or edits may be limited once the design process begins

  • Customers must provide clear details and confirm approvals during the process

Graphic by NJ reserves the right to decline requests that do not align with the brand or are inappropriate.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available across the UAE. Fees depend on location.

  • Delivery fees must be paid in cash upon delivery

  • If a customer chooses pick-up but does not collect the order, and delivery is requested later, an additional 25 AED delivery fee will apply

Delivery timelines may vary during busy seasons or special drops.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Physical products may only be replaced if they arrive damaged or incorrect

To report an issue, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photo proof.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, and content on this website are the property of Graphic by NJ.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute designs without written permission.

Commercial use is only allowed if explicitly agreed upon.

8. Limitation of Liability

Graphic by NJ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by delivery providers

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout

  • Minor color differences between screens and printed products
