Delivery Fee Payment

Please note that delivery fees must be paid in cash upon delivery.

This helps ensure smooth coordination with our delivery service.

Pick-Up Orders

If a customer selects pick-up as their delivery method, the order must be collected from the agreed pick-up location and time.

If the customer does not pick up the order from the arranged location, and delivery is requested instead, an additional delivery fee of 25 AED will be applied.

Delivery Timing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days depending on product availability and order volume.

Delivery times may vary during busy seasons or special drops.
